Salary: €38,166–€54,956 DOE
Contract: Permanent | Part-Time

3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Staff Nurse / Enhanced Nurse for a permanent part-time opportunity within community-based intellectual disability services in Castlerea, Co. Roscommon.
  
This position offers a Registered Nurse the opportunity to deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care while supporting individuals with diverse healthcare needs.
  
You’ll work alongside social care professionals and multidisciplinary teams to promote health, wellbeing, dignity and independence.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care.
  • Assess healthcare needs and contribute to individualised care plans.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Monitor and respond to changes in individuals’ health and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare and social care professionals.
  • Promote dignity, independence and community participation.
  • Maintain professional nursing standards and safeguarding requirements.

What You’ll Need

  • Recognised nursing qualification with active NMBI registration in an appropriate division.
  • Strong clinical assessment and nursing care skills.
  • Good communication, documentation and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to person-centred care and disability inclusion.
  • Knowledge of nursing standards, safeguarding and medication management.
  • Ability to work independently and respond to changing care needs.
