3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Staff Nurse / Enhanced Nurse for a permanent part-time opportunity within community-based intellectual disability services in Co. Roscommon.
This role offers Registered Nurses the opportunity to provide person-centred healthcare support to individuals with diverse nursing and disability-related needs.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to safe, effective nursing care while promoting independence, dignity and quality of life.

What You’ll Do
- Provide safe, high-quality and person-centred nursing care.
- Complete clinical assessments and contribute to individual care plans.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate nursing records.
- Support individuals with ongoing and complex healthcare needs.
- Monitor changes in health and communicate concerns appropriately.
- Collaborate with families, nursing colleagues and social care professionals.
- Promote safeguarding, dignity and community inclusion.
What You’ll Need
- Recognised nursing qualification and active NMBI registration in an appropriate division.
- Strong nursing assessment and care planning skills.
- Good knowledge of medication management and professional nursing standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to person-centred care and supporting individuals with disabilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
