Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) looking for temporary healthcare work in South Dublin?

3Q Recruitment is recruiting Healthcare Assistants for flexible agency assignments across South Dublin healthcare services.

This role offers an opportunity to balance your availability with available shifts while supporting patients and service users in a professional healthcare environment.

You’ll contribute to high-quality, person-centred care while working alongside experienced nursing and healthcare teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities.
  • Support patients with mobility, meals and individual care requirements.
  • Promote dignity, independence, safety and wellbeing.
  • Follow care plans and relevant healthcare policies.
  • Maintain high standards of infection prevention and hygiene.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing and healthcare teams.
  • Report concerns or changes in patients’ wellbeing appropriately.

What You’ll Need

  • QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience working as a Healthcare Assistant.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of patient safety and person-centred care.
  • Flexibility to work available shifts.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
  • Ability to meet relevant Garda Vetting, training and compliance requirements.
