Salary: €34,782.69–€40,418.19 per annum DOE

Are you an experienced Care Support Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Disability Support Worker looking for flexible opportunities in Greystones, Co. Wicklow?
  
3Q Recruitment is recruiting 10 Care Support Workers to support adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities within residential services in Greystones.
  
This relief opportunity offers the chance to provide meaningful, person-centred support while helping individuals maintain their independence, develop life skills and participate in everyday activities.
You’ll work within a supportive team where dignity, respect, individual choice and quality of care are central to service delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
  • Promote independence, dignity, choice and community participation.
  • Follow individual support plans and personal goals.
  • Build positive and respectful relationships with service users.
  • Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support teams.
  • Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

What You’ll Need

  • QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification, or working towards it; alternatively, QQI Level 6 Social Care or a Nursing qualification.
  • Experience supporting people with disabilities.
  • Full manual driving licence or willingness to work towards one, and willingness to drive for work.
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including nights and weekends.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English.
  • Basic computer skills and eligibility to work in Ireland.

Don’t Have QQI Level 5 Yet?
  
Candidates with relevant care experience may still be considered if willing to complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within 18 months of starting.
