3Q Recruitment is recruiting an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for an established residential nursing home in Moycullen, Co. Galway.
  
This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to clinical leadership, nursing standards, staff development and the delivery of high-quality, person-centred residential care.
  
Working alongside senior management and a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support effective nursing operations, clinical governance and continuous service improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Support the leadership and management of nursing services.
• Promote safe, high-quality and person-centred resident care.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing teams.
• Contribute to workforce planning, staff supervision and development.
• Support compliance with HIQA standards and relevant healthcare regulations.
• Monitor clinical standards, quality assurance and risk management.
• Lead or participate in service improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary professionals.

What You’ll Need

• Recognised nursing qualification and active NMBI registration.
• Significant clinical nursing experience.
• Previous nursing management or senior leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical governance and HIQA standards.
• Experience supporting nursing teams and workforce planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to resident safety, professional standards and continuous improvement.
