Salary: €38,166–€54,956 per annum DOE

3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Staff Nurse for an established nursing home in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.
  
This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality nursing care and supporting residents’ health, dignity and wellbeing.
  
You’ll work alongside nursing and care professionals, providing person-centred care within a residential healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care.
  • Complete clinical assessments and develop individual care plans.
  • Administer medication in accordance with NMBI standards.
  • Monitor residents’ health and respond to changing care needs.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and nursing records.
  • Promote dignity, independence and resident wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing colleagues and healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Need

  • Recognised nursing qualification and active NMBI registration.
  • Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills.
  • Good knowledge of nursing standards and patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
