Deliver High-Quality, Resident-Focused Nursing Care 3Q Recruitment is hiring three Staff Nurses to support residents within an established nursing home in Shankill, Dublin 18.

These temporary nursing positions offer 3–4 working days per week, with some weekend cover required. The nursing home is approximately an eight-minute walk from the DART station, so a driving licence is not required.

Working alongside the Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing and wider care team, you will deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care that respects each resident’s dignity, preferences and individual needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual nursing care
• Deliver safe, compassionate and resident-focused clinical support
• Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes
• Maintain accurate care plans, clinical notes and medication records
• Support the day-to-day supervision of nursing and care staff
• Work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing
• Promote residents’ independence, dignity and quality of life
• Support resident activities and meaningful engagement
• Maintain compliance with HIQA standards and professional requirements
• Follow all clinical, safeguarding, health and safety procedures
• Complete other reasonable duties assigned by the line manager

What You’ll Need

• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
• Verification of qualifications and NMBI registration
• Nursing qualification recognised in Ireland
• A genuine interest in caring for older people
• Strong clinical and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to work 3–4 days per week, including some weekends
• Good written and spoken English
• Existing eligibility to work in Ireland
• Garda Vetting
• Reference checks
• International Police Clearance where applicable
