Social Care Worker Jobs Wicklow | Residential Support Services
3Q Recruitment is recruiting for a Social Care Worker to join a specialist Residential and Respite Service in Ashford, Co. Wicklow.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting people with autism through high-quality, person-centred services focused on independence, inclusion and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support people with autism with daily living activities and routines.
- Assist individuals to engage within their communities.
- Promote independence, dignity and personal choice.
- Implement support plans and personal outcome goals.
- Support the development of life skills and confidence.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent CORU-approved qualification.
- CORU Registration or proof of application in progress.
- Minimum 6 months’ recent Social Care experience.
- Strong understanding of person-centred support.
- Knowledge of Social Care legislation and best practice.
- Full clean manual driving licence essential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
