3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Person in Charge (PIC) / Clinical Nurse Manager for a permanent, full-time opportunity within a specialist nurse-led disability service in Rosslare, Co. Wexford.
  
This position offers the opportunity to lead a service supporting individuals with physical and sensory disabilities, ensuring high standards of person-centred care, clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
  
Working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, you’ll oversee service delivery, support staff development and promote a safe, inclusive environment where individuals can achieve their personal goals and maintain their independence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of a specialist disability service.
• Act as Person in Charge, ensuring compliance with HIQA standards and relevant legislation.
• Oversee person-centred care planning, clinical practice and service quality.
• Lead, supervise and support nursing and care teams.
• Coordinate staffing, training, induction and professional development.
• Monitor risk management, safeguarding and health and safety requirements.
• Conduct service audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in the management on-call support system.

What You’ll Need
  
Essential Requirements

• Minimum Level 7 Degree in Nursing.
• Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
• Minimum of three years’ management or supervisory experience within health or social care.
• QQI Level 6 Management qualification, or willingness to achieve this with employer support.
• Proven experience managing a service in line with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, clinical governance and relevant healthcare legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Full current driving licence valid in Ireland and access to a vehicle.
• Flexibility to participate in the on-call support system.
