This opportunity offers flexible catering work within healthcare and hospital services.

What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook meals within a busy hospital kitchen
Maintain high food hygiene and HACCP standards
Support large-scale food preparation and service
Work closely with kitchen and catering teams
Follow healthcare catering procedures and safety standards
Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment

What You’ll Need

QQI Level 6 or City and Guilds 706-1 or City and Guilds 706-2
Previous Chef experience within high-volume or contract catering environments
HACCP and food safety knowledge
Ability to work within fast-paced kitchens
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good organisational and time management abilities
Flexibility for temporary shifts and rota requirements

Subject to:

Garda Vetting where applicable
International Police Clearance where applicable
