Meet the 3Q Recruitment Team
Suzanne has been part of the 3Q Recruitment story since 2006. Starting as a Temporary Consultant, she quickly progressed through Payroll, Accounts, and HR before taking on her current role as General Manager.
In 2012, Suzanne expanded her experience overseas, managing a 30+ consultant team with one of Australia’s largest IT recruitment agencies. She rejoined 3Q in 2015, bringing valuable international leadership experience and a deep understanding of people management and operational delivery.
A CIPD-qualified HR professional, Suzanne leads the company’s HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Operations and is responsible for managing public sector tenders and overseeing key account relationships across the Healthcare facilities and wider healthcare sector. Her structured, people-first approach ensures every client receives a service built on trust, compliance, and excellence.
Known for her fairness, openness, and commitment to the 3Q ethos, Suzanne lives by the company motto: Putting People First. She continues to drive the delivery of the 3Qs that define 3Q Recruitment, a Quality Service, with Qualified Candidates, in the Quantity required by clients.

Jade joined 3Q Recruitment, bringing with her over six years' experience in customer success, account management and business development across the technology and telecommunications sectors.
A graduate of Dublin City University, Jade holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and a Master's degree in Social Media Communications. Her professional background has seen her manage large portfolios of business clients across Ireland, the UK and the US, building trusted relationships, identifying business needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term success.
Before joining 3Q Recruitment, Jade worked with Three Ireland as a Business Account Manager, where she managed SME and multi-site business accounts, supporting clients through every stage of their customer journey while consistently delivering on commercial and customer experience objectives. She also held a Customer Success role with Phorest, managing an international portfolio of SaaS clients and developing a strong reputation for client relationship management, problem-solving and delivering exceptional service.
These skills have transitioned naturally into healthcare recruitment, where Jade works closely with healthcare professionals and employers to understand their needs and connect the right people with the right opportunities. She recruits across a variety of healthcare disciplines, including Radiologists, Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, Healthcare Assistants and Social Care professionals, supporting both candidates and clients throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Jade is passionate about building genuine relationships and believes that successful recruitment is built on trust, communication and putting people first. She is proud to be part of the 3Q Recruitment team, helping healthcare organisations strengthen their workforce while supporting candidates in taking the next step in their careers.
Lisa joined 3Q Recruitment in 2019 as a Temp Consultant, bringing with her 14 years experience as a Team Leader in a Telecommunications sector, With a strong background in customer service and team management, Lisa quickly made her mark. After completing her CIPD in HR & Management, Lisa was promoted to Senior Temp Consultant. Lisa plays a vital role in our team, maintaining constant communication with both our Temps and Clients to ensure they have the cover they need.
Mawia joined 3Q Recruitment in 2020 as HR Administer while completing her CIPD in HR & Management. Her willingness and eagerness to learn, plus her dedication in continuing to uphold our Gold Standard in Temporary staffing through the Pandemic seen her excel to a Temporary Consultant. In 2023, Mawia completed her Train the Trainer Certificate and further demonstrated her leadership skills and unwavering commitment that earned her promotion to Head of Operational Recruitment, Compliance and Onboarding.
Christina originally joined the 3Q Recruitment team as a Temporary Consultant in 2018. She then rejoined our team in 2022 as our Payroll Clerk. With prior management experience, Christina excels at working with people and managing people's work. She prides herself in her organisation skills. Christina is driven to broaden her experiences and skill set.
Santino recently joined 3Q Recruitment as a Digital & Marketing Executive, bringing over five years of experience in hospitality, events, and digital platforms. With expertise in SEO, social media, CRM, and performance marketing, he takes a strategic and creative approach to building brand presence and driving business growth. Skilled in content strategy, digital advertising, and data-informed decision-making, Santino delivers impactful campaigns tailored to fast-paced, people-centric environments. His background in hospitality marketing adds a client-focused perspective, ensuring meaningful connections and effective results.
Priyanka joined 3Q Recruitment as HR Generalist in March 2026, bringing a strong background in HR operations, employee relations and compliance across both retail and global corporate environments. With experience managing end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and workforce planning, she takes a structured and people-focused approach to supporting teams.
Skilled in HR systems, data management and process improvement, Priyanka ensures accuracy, efficiency and consistency across all HR activities. Her experience working in fast-paced environments allows her to balance operational demands with a strong focus on employee experience and organisational standards.
At 3Q Recruitment, Priyanka plays a key role in supporting internal HR processes and maintaining a compliant, well-organised and people-first workplace.
Pauline is an Administrator for HR & Compliance at 3Q Recruitment, bringing extensive experience from her previous work in accounts management and the non-profit sector. Formerly responsible for delivering and overseeing all accounts, she combines strong organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail. Pauline now supports the HR and compliance functions within the team, ensuring smooth processes and upholding the highest standards. Her background reflects her dedication to efficiency, precision, and making a positive impact in every role she takes on.
Meet Mildred, the furriest little member of our team! Mildred is a forever dog with the organisation, Dogs Aid, who do fantastic work for our animal friends. As a team, we decided to sponsor Mildred to become part of our team. Mildred was 1 of 12 collies we took in from a hoarding situation. She was very heavily under socialised so is shy of people. She’s used to the routine of the sanctuary and seems to be happiest here. Mildred was adopted once but escaped within hours and made her way back to the sanctuary – she was waiting by the gate in time for her breakfast 2 days later
