Salary: €57,780–€68,046 per annum DOE (HSE CNM1 scale, subject to grade confirmation)

3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) for an established residential nursing home in Malahide, Co. Dublin.
  
This opportunity offers an experienced nursing professional the chance to develop their leadership career while supporting nursing teams, maintaining clinical standards and delivering high-quality resident care.
  
Working closely with senior nursing management and healthcare professionals, you’ll help promote clinical excellence, staff development and a positive, person-centred care environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing teams.
  • Support safe, high-quality and person-centred resident care.
  • Oversee clinical assessments, care plans and nursing documentation.
  • Promote compliance with HIQA standards and relevant regulations.
  • Support staff supervision, training and professional development.
  • Contribute to risk management, resident safety and service improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.

What You’ll Need

  • Recognised nursing qualification with active NMBI registration.
  • Relevant nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical leadership and team-management skills.
  • Good knowledge of HIQA standards and clinical governance.
  • Experience supporting nursing teams and quality care delivery.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to professional nursing standards and resident wellbeing.
