3Q Recruitment is recruiting for a Social Care Worker to join a specialist Residential and Respite Service in Naas, Co. Kildare.
This permanent opportunity is ideal for Social Care professionals seeking a rewarding career supporting people with autism through person-centred services that promote independence, inclusion and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care where required.
- Support community participation and skill development.
- Promote independence, choice and individual rights.
- Implement and review Person-Centred Plans (PCPs).
- Maintain professional records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families and support networks.
Requirements
- QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent CORU-approved qualification.
- CORU Registration or proof of application in progress.
- Minimum 6 months’ recent Social Care experience.
- Understanding of person-centred support practices.
- Knowledge of relevant Social Care legislation and regulations.
- Full clean manual driving licence essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
