Location: Blackrock, Dublin
Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time
Contract: Fixed-term with strong potential for permanency

What the Role Involves
- Supporting individuals through tailored, person-centred plans
- Promoting independence, choice, and autonomy in daily life
- Encouraging community participation and personal development
- Working within HIQA standards and established governance frameworks
- Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Social Care (Level 7 or 8)
- CORU registration (or eligibility)
- Experience in disability services or a similar care setting
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and professional practice
- Manual Handling & First Aid (or willingness to update)
