Salary: €28,000 – €32,000 DOE + Commission & Bonus (OTE €35K–€42K)
Hours: Full-time | Permanent Contract

Joining the Healthcare Division at 3Q Recruitment, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants supporting the placement of nurses, healthcare professionals, social care staff and support workers across Ireland.

This is a structured, entry-level Recruitment role with training, mentorship and clear progression built in from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to placement and onboarding, while developing the skills needed to grow within a busy Healthcare Recruitment environment.

Recruitment Support & Candidate Management

• Source and screen candidates for Healthcare and Social Care roles
• Support candidates through interview, offer and onboarding stages
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment activity
• Build professional relationships with candidates across Healthcare and support services

Recruitment Operations & Team Support

• Use recruitment systems and CRM platforms to track activity
• Support compliance, onboarding and documentation processes
• Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and recruitment standards
• Work closely with experienced consultants and management teams

Learning & Career Development

• Learn business development and client engagement skills
• Gain exposure to Healthcare Recruitment and Temporary Recruitment operations
• Develop communication, recruitment and account management skills
• Progress towards Recruitment Consultant and Senior Consultant opportunities

What You’ll Need

• 0–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, administration or recruitment

• Full right to work in Ireland
