Salary: €36,000 – €45,000 DOE + Commission & Bonus (OTE €50K–€65K+)
Hours: Full-time | Permanent Contract

A Warm Desk With Real Growth Potential This role is built for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys relationship management, business development and delivering high-quality permanent placements within Healthcare Recruitment.

Joining the Permanent Healthcare Division at 3Q Recruitment, you’ll work across the recruitment of:

• Social Workers
• Nurses and Clinical Nurse Managers (CNM)
• Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADON)
• Radiology professionals
• Allied health professionals

You’ll step into a warm desk with active clients, live requirements and genuine opportunity to grow your own portfolio within an established Healthcare Recruitment agency.

What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll manage the full permanent recruitment process while building long-term client relationships across Healthcare and Social Care services.

Permanent Recruitment & Candidate Delivery

• Manage end-to-end Permanent Recruitment processes
• Source, assess and place Healthcare professionals
• Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience
• Build strong talent pipelines across Healthcare and clinical services
• Ensure compliance with right-to-work and regulatory standards

Client Management & Business Development

• Manage and grow an established client base
• Develop new business opportunities through outreach and relationship building
• Manage the recruitment sales cycle from lead generation to placement
• Provide consultative recruitment support to Healthcare clients
• Build long-term partnerships across Healthcare and Social Care services

Performance, Systems & Growth

• Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment records
• Track activity, placements and pipeline performance
• Work towards revenue targets and growth objectives
• Support the continued growth of the Permanent Recruitment division

What You’ll Need

• 2–5+ years’ experience in Recruitment, ideally Permanent Recruitment, or B2B sales
• Proven ability to manage relationships and develop business
• Confidence in business development and cold outreach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes
• Full right to work in Ireland
