You’ll play an important role in preparing quality meals within a professional hospital kitchen while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals within a busy healthcare kitchen
Follow HACCP and food safety procedures
Support daily food service and kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation across kitchen areas
Work efficiently as part of a catering team
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements

QQI Level 6 Culinary Qualification
OR
City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 Qualifications
Previous experience within busy kitchens, healthcare catering or contract catering environments
HACCP knowledge and understanding of food safety standards
Ability to work well under pressure within fast-paced kitchens
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility for temporary and rostered shifts

Subject to:

Garda Vetting where applicable
International Police Clearance where applicable
