Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals within a busy healthcare kitchen
Maintain HACCP and food safety standards
Support food preparation and daily catering service

Requirements

QQI Level 6 Culinary Qualification
OR
City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 Qualifications
Previous Chef experience within healthcare, hospitality or contract catering environments
HACCP and food safety knowledge
Ability to work efficiently within fast-paced kitchens
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility for temporary rostered shifts

Subject to:

Garda Vetting where applicable
International Police Clearance where applicable
