Requirements:

• Previous exposure in catering or high-volume kitchen environments.
• QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Full-time, flexible availability.
• Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process.
• Authorization to work in Ireland.
• 2 working references covering 5 years of employment history.
• Strong spoken English capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of culinary professionals to craft menus and recipes that meet quality benchmarks and exceed expectations.
• Supervising inventory management, supply procurement, and cost control to align with budgetary goals.
• Guiding and nurturing kitchen staff to foster skill enhancement and cultivate a positive workplace ambiance.
• Collaborating with suppliers to procure top-tier ingredients.
• Continuously assessing and refining menu offerings based on customer feedback and industry trends.
• Ensuring compliance with local health regulations, including sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols.
