3Q Recruitment is hiring Care Support Workers to support adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities across residential and community services in the Greystones area.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily living and personal care routines
• Encourage independence and community participation
• Build positive and respectful relationships
• Support individuals in line with personal plans
• Promote dignity, inclusion and wellbeing
• Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team

  
What You’ll Need

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
• OR QQI Level 6 Social Care / Nursing qualification
• Experience supporting people with disabilities
• Full Manual Driving Licence or willingness to work towards it
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work across a 24/7 roster
• Good standard of verbal and written English

Subject to:

• Garda Vetting
• International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16

Candidates with experience but without qualifications may still be considered if willing to complete QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support within 18 months.
