The focus is on providing steady, day-to-day support within a structured environment — helping individuals feel secure, maintain routines, and build independence over time.
This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who values consistency, teamwork, and delivering reliable support.

- Supporting individuals with daily routines and personal care
- Helping maintain a calm, structured living environment

- Following care plans and HIQA-aligned standards
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant qualification (Social Care, Healthcare, or related field preferred)
- Experience in residential or care settings
- A practical, reliable approach to supporting individuals
- Understanding of safeguarding and good practice
- Manual Handling & First Aid (or willingness to complete training)
