Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE)

This Care Support Worker role in Blackrock is based within a well-established intellectual disability service where consistency, quality, and professional standards are central to daily practice.
You’ll support individuals with intellectual disabilities in a setting that prioritises structured care, clear processes, and a high standard of person-centred support.
The role suits someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and confident working within a well-managed environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in daily routines and activities
- Delivering consistent, person-centred support in line with care plans
- Assisting with independence and personal development
- Encouraging participation in structured activities and routines
- Promoting dignity, respect, and individual choice
- Working within established HIQA standards and procedures
- Collaborating with Social Care Workers and multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant qualification (Social Care, Healthcare, or related discipline preferred)
- Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities or in similar settings
- A structured, reliable, and professional approach
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and care standards
- Manual Handling & First Aid (or willingness to complete training)
