Abbey Street has been home to 3Q Perms & Temps for over twenty years. The organisation was established by three friends; Cora Barnes, Cathie Cullen and Gerry Lynch. Our vision was to create a niche temping agency that would deliver a quality service provided by qualified staff, in the quantity required by our clients. These 3Q’s became the company’s name. With over twenty years’ experience in supplying temp agency staff and permanent recruitment services, we are committed to delivering and enhancing the quality of recruitment services offered in the recruitment market.
3Q Temp Agency has evolved since and grown, expanding from servicing the hospitality sector to include providing temping staff to the health care sector. Today the organisation employs over a hundred staff members, and works with many top hospitals and companies in Dublin, Kildare and Meath. Our commitment to continually deliver the 3Q’s is underpinned by three key values – passion, partnership and prosperity. We are passionate about what we do, whole heartedly partnering with each of our stakeholders on every interaction to make a positive difference, while bringing innovative ideas and value on every project, and improving the prosperity of each stakeholder in all of our endeavours.
