3Q Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract and build relationships with healthcare and social care professionals across Ireland.

Initially, you will focus on developing qualified candidate pipelines across Social Care, Nursing, Radiography and Allied Health, supporting our recruitment team to fill permanent and temporary healthcare vacancies.

The Role

This is a specialist candidate attraction and talent sourcing role, rather than a traditional 360° recruitment position.

You will:

• source candidates for live and upcoming healthcare and social care vacancies;
• proactively identify talent through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals and direct sourcing;
• build specialist candidate pipelines and talent communities;
• engage and qualify candidates before introducing suitable talent to the relevant recruiter;
• reconnect with existing candidates and develop referral opportunities;
• support market mapping across priority healthcare disciplines;
• maintain accurate candidate and sourcing information within our recruitment systems; and
• work against clear talent acquisition and conversion targets.

How Success Is Measured

This is a commercial, target-based role.

Success will be measured through the quality and volume of qualified talent generated, candidate conversion and, ultimately, successful placements.

Commission is payable on eligible candidates sourced by you who progress to successful placements through the 3Q recruitment team.

Who We Are Looking For

You may already work in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, Resourcing or Healthcare Recruitment.

You should be comfortable proactively approaching people rather than relying solely on job applications. Strong communication, persistence, organisation and the ability to build genuine professional relationships are essential.

Knowledge of the Irish healthcare, social care or recruitment market would be an advantage.
