Are you a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Resourcer or Candidate Sourcing Professional looking to develop your career in healthcare and social care recruitment?

3Q Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Dublin 1 team, supporting the continued growth of our Permanent Recruitment Division.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys finding talented people, building candidate relationships and connecting healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities across Ireland.

You’ll work closely with our recruitment team to source, attract, screen and engage candidates across Nursing, Healthcare, Social Care, Allied Health and Healthcare Leadership roles.

What You’ll Do

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruitment databases and referrals.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across healthcare and social care specialisms.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Assess candidate experience, qualifications and suitability against job requirements.
• Develop relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Write and publish engaging, search-friendly job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within our CRM/ATS.
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to identify suitable candidates for permanent vacancies.
• Support interview coordination, candidate preparation and recruitment administration.

What You’ll Need

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, candidate sourcing or a related role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in sourcing candidates and conducting initial screening conversations.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies.
• Experience using recruitment platforms, job boards or applicant tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• A proactive, results-focused approach to recruitment.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Desirable

• Experience recruiting within healthcare, nursing or social care.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder or similar recruitment systems.
• Experience sourcing candidates for permanent or hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Understanding of recruitment compliance and candidate qualification requirements.
