3Q Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Recruiter to join our growing Permanent Recruitment Division based in Dublin 1.
  
This is an exciting opportunity to inherit a warm desk with active clients, live vacancies and established relationships across Healthcare, Nursing, Social Care, Allied Health and Healthcare Leadership Recruitment.
  
You’ll manage end-to-end permanent recruitment campaigns while building long-term client partnerships, developing new business opportunities and helping healthcare professionals secure rewarding permanent careers across Ireland.

The Permanent Healthcare & Social Care Market
  
As a Recruiter, you’ll manage permanent recruitment across a diverse portfolio of healthcare and social care disciplines, including:

• Registered Nurses (RGN, RPN & RNID)
• Clinical Nurse Managers (CNM1, CNM2 & CNM3)
• Assistant Directors of Nursing (ADON)
• Directors of Nursing (DON)
• Social Care Workers & Leaders
• Social Workers
• Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)
• Allied Health Professionals
• Speech & Language Therapists
• Occupational Therapists
• Physiotherapists
• Healthcare Leadership & Executive Appointments

Working with established healthcare providers across Ireland, you’ll play an important role in helping organisations attract exceptional talent while supporting healthcare professionals in building rewarding long-term careers.
  
What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment campaigns.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Source, interview and assess healthcare and social care professionals.
• Develop new business opportunities through business development and networking.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy to placement.
• Negotiate offers and manage successful placements.
• Maintain accurate CRM and compliance records.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.
• Achieve recruitment and revenue targets.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Permanent Recruitment Division.

  
What You’ll Need

• 2–5+ years’ recruitment or B2B sales experience.
• Previous permanent recruitment experience desirable.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable with outbound business development and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Commercially focused with a consultative approach.
• Full right to work in Ireland.
