What You’ll Be Leading As Person in Charge, you’ll take responsibility for the quality and day-to-day operation of a residential disability service.
You’ll:
- Lead and support a dedicated care team
- Ensure safe, person-centred service delivery
- Maintain compliance with HIQA Standards and relevant regulations
- Oversee individual care plans, assessments and documentation
- Drive quality improvement across the service
- Support staff training, development and performance
- Promote independence, dignity and quality of life for the people supported
- Participate in the On-Call support system
What You’ll Need
- Relevant Level 7 qualification in Social Care or Health Care
- Level 6 Management qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ management or supervisory experience within health or social care
- Experience managing a regulated residential service
- Strong understanding of quality and regulatory requirements
- Experience within autism services is desirable
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Eligibility to live and work in Ireland without restriction
