Office Administrator Job – Dublin 15 | Full-Time Monday to Friday
We are currently hiring an experienced and organised Office Administrator for a busy and growing company based in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of a busy office environment, providing administration, clerical, scheduling, and customer support services.
Job Details
- Position: Office Administrator
- Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Pay Rate: €16.00 per hour
- Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- General office administration and clerical support
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Filing, scanning, and document management
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating office activities
- Supporting management and administration teams
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations
Requirements
- Previous Office Administration or Clerical experience preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and positive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
