What You’ll Do:

• Keep kitchen surfaces, floors and preparation areas clean and sanitised
• Wash cookware, utensils and kitchen equipment
• Support kitchen organisation and stock storage
• Assist with basic food preparation when required
• Support a welcoming and respectful dining environment
• Follow food hygiene and HACCP procedures
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider catering team
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and cleanliness

What You’ll Need:

• Good organisational and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen environment
• Willingness to follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently when required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable:

• Experience in a Kitchen Porter or catering support role
• HACCP or food safety knowledge
• Experience working within homeless, healthcare or community services

Subject to:

• Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles
• International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16
