Contract: Permanent
Hours: 39 Hours per week | Day & Night Shift Rotation
Salary: €37,281.40 (includes Unsocial Hours Allowance, working alternate Saturdays and Sundays and a night allowance).

What You’ll Do
- Support residents within a safe and respectful residential environment
- Assist residents with daily routines and support needs
- Promote dignity, empathy and person-centred support
- Support residents during admissions and room changes
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across communal areas
- Complete scheduled safety checks and record keeping
- Support residents with information and guidance where needed
- Work closely within a supportive multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Need:
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults within care, healthcare or community settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Good written and computer skills
- Flexibility to work day, night, weekend and public holiday shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or Social Care qualification
- First Aid, Fire Safety or HACCP training
- Knowledge of addiction support and recovery approaches
- Experience with incident reporting and client record systems
Subject to:
- Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles
- International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16
