Requirements:

• Previous exposure in catering or high-volume kitchen environments.
• QQI Level 6 in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Full-time, flexible availability.
• Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process.
• Authorization to work in Ireland.
• 2 working references covering 5 years of employment history.
• Strong spoken English capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising all aspects of food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
• Implementing best practices in kitchen operations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Leading by example in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
• Participating in menu planning and development, incorporating innovative ideas, and accommodating dietary restrictions.
