Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE)

A Hands-On Role Supporting Everyday Independence
This Care Support Worker role offers the opportunity to work directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities in a structured and supportive environment.
The focus is on providing consistent, day-to-day support, helping individuals build confidence, maintain routines, and engage in everyday activities that support independence and wellbeing.
Working alongside Social Care Workers and a wider team, this role plays a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily routines and personal development
- Encouraging independence and participation in everyday activities
- Assisting with community engagement and social interaction
- Providing consistent, reliable support in a structured setting
- Promoting dignity, respect, and individual choice
- Working closely with Social Care Workers and multidisciplinary teams
- Following care plans and HIQA-aligned standards
What You’ll Bring
- Relevant qualification (Social Care, Healthcare, or related discipline preferred)
- Experience in care, support, or healthcare environments
- A practical, people-focused approach
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional practice
- Manual Handling & First Aid (or willingness to update)
