Our Annual Awards Lunch brought together staff, temporary workers and clients to celebrate the exceptional contributions that strengthened 3Q Recruitment throughout 2023. The event recognised the commitment, professionalism and reliability shown by our office team and by the Temporary Staff recognised through our monthly Employee Recognition Awards. Their dedication continues to play a central role in the success of 3Q Recruitment.
A highlight of the afternoon was the presentation of the Henry Murphy Employee of the Year Memorial Award, given in memory of a valued colleague who embodied integrity, quality and care. This year, the award was presented to Wendy, whose outstanding contribution and consistent excellence reflect the values we aim to uphold across all of our recruitment practices. Wendy’s achievement represents the very best of what our temporary staff bring to the organisations we support.
Introducing New Traditions and Strengthening Our Values
As part of our commitment to recognising excellence, we also introduced three new awards designed to highlight exceptional performance across our temporary workforce. These new honours will reflect our core values of Quality, Partnership and Respect, and recipients will be selected by our recruitment consultants and Temp Recruiters based on consistent feedback, performance and impact.
This development is not simply an expansion of our awards programme. It represents a further step in our broader Employee Recognition Campaign, which aims to build a culture where excellence is encouraged, supported and celebrated.
