Suzanne Finn

Suzanne has worked with Three Q Recruitment since 2006. She started working with us as a Temp Consultant, then moved into our Payroll & Accounts Department and then moved on to become our HR & Operations Supervisor. In 2012, Suzanne decided to broaden her knowledge outside of the Three Q family and emigrated to Australia, where she worked with Australia’s largest IT Recruitment Agency managing a team of 30+ people. She then re-joined our team in 2015 as our HR & Operations Manager. In 2018, Suzanne started studying in HR & Management and became CIPD qualified. Anyone who knows Suzanne knows that she fair, open and extremely committed to delivering the Three Q’s – a Quality Service, with Qualified Candidates in the Quantity required by our Clients.

Cora Barnes

Ambitious, accomplished entrepreneur Cora Barnes is the co- founder of Three Q PERMS & TEMPS, Nurse Jobs Ireland & K.I.D.S. (NFP). Celebrating 20 years as Managing Director of Three Q providing temporary staffing solutions and permanent recruitment services in Dublin. Day job – the business of matching jobs for in demand talent for hiring companies. Passionate about quality in service, business & children's education. Graduated with a BA in Social Science in 1999 (that her Dad still laments was never used) and on graduation day received the company registration number of her first company she founded via text with her two friends. Cora values people, connections, networking, youth empowerment, supporting start-ups and continuous learning. Loves to escape to travel or dance or sometimes both at the same time.

Mawia O’Reilly

Mawia joined 3Q Recruitment in 2020 as HR Administer while completing her CIPD in HR & Management. Her willingness and eagerness to learn, plus her dedication in continuing to uphold our Gold Standard in Temping through the Pandemic seen her excel to a Temp Consultant. In 2023, Mawia completed her Train the Trainer Certificate and further demonstrated her leadership skills and unwavering commitment that earned her promotion to Team Leader of the Temp Division.

Lisa Maloney

Lisa joined 3q Recruitment in 2019 as a Temp Consultant, bringing with her 14 years experience as a Team Leader in a Telecommunications sector, With a strong background in customer service and team management, Lisa quickly made her mark. After completing her CIPD in HR & Management, Lisa was promoted to Senior Temp Consultant. Lisa plays a vital role in our team, maintaining constant communication with both our Temps and Clients to ensure they have the cover they need.

Juste joined 3Q in 2024, bringing with her experience from the retail and tech industries. Before becoming a part of our team, she honed her skills as a people professional within a healthcare software company, where she developed a strong foundation in employee relations, employment law, and organisational culture. In 2020, Juste completed her Bachelor's degree in Business, followed by a Master's in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing in 2021. These academic pursuits have fuelled her passion for employee wellbeing and best practices in the workplace. Juste is dedicated to creating a supportive and compliant workplace, consistently enhancing her knowledge through ongoing HR studies. Darragh joined 3Q Recruitment in 2021 as a trainee Temp Consultant for our Chefs Division, bringing his 6 years of retail management experience. His transition into Recruitment came from his enjoyment of the recruitment aspect of his previous role. Recognising his talent for sales and relationship management, Darragh earned his promotion to a Business Development & Account Manager. He now looks after our new contracts and facilitates cross selling opportunities

Christina originally joined our team as a Temp Consultant in 2018. She then rejoined our team in 2022 as our Payroll Clerk. With prior management experience, Christina excels at working with people and managing people's work. She prides herself in her organisation skills. Christina is driven to broaden her experiences and skill set.

Kate Martin

Kate joined the 3Q team in October 2024 as our Trainee Temp Consultant. Originally from abroad, she moved to Ireland over six years ago to pursue her studies at Trinity College Dublin.

Kate's professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where she honed her customer service skills in busy cafés, restaurants, and bars. Her ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver excellent service set her apart early on.

Building on this foundation, Kate transitioned into customer service roles, where she consistently excelled. Her commitment to ensuring clients received the resources and support they needed has been a hallmark of her career.

We’re thrilled to have Kate as part of our team and are confident that her dedication and skills will make a valuable impact.

Mildred

Meet Mildred, the furriest little member of our team! Mildred is a forever dog with the organisation, Dogs Aid, who do fantastic work for our animal friends. As a team, we decided to sponsor Mildred to become part of our team. Mildred was 1 of 12 collies we took in from a hoarding situation. She was very heavily under socialised so is shy of people. She’s used to the routine of the sanctuary and seems to be happiest here. Mildred was adopted once but escaped within hours and made her way back to the sanctuary – she was waiting by the gate in time for her breakfast 2 days later
