Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE)
Hours: 12-hour shifts | Full-time
Contract: Fixed-term with potential for permanency
Real Social Care Practice – Not Task-Based Work
This role is designed for qualified Social Care Workers who want to work in a structured, rights-based environment.
You will support individuals with intellectual disabilities, focusing on:
- Independence
- Inclusion
- Personal development
This is relationship-based, professionally accountable work, aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deliver person-centred support plans
- Advocate for rights, choice and autonomy
- Support individuals in daily life, community engagement and development
- Work within HIQA-regulated standards and governance frameworks
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Social Care (Level 7/8)
- Eligible for or registered with CORU
- Experience in disability or social care settings
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Manual Handling & First Aid (in date or willing to update)
