Social Care Worker / Project Worker
Addiction & Homeless Services | Dublin City Centre

Salary: €36,000 – €48,000 (DOE)
Hours: 8-hour shifts | Full-time
Contract: Fixed-term with potential to become permanent

Purpose-Driven Work in the Community

This role is based within non-profit addiction and homeless services, supporting individuals navigating addiction, recovery and housing instability.

You’ll work in a structured, team-based environment, where consistency, boundaries and professional practice are essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver keyworking and structured support planning
  • Support individuals at different stages of addiction and recovery
  • Promote engagement, stability and access to services
  • Work closely with housing, healthcare and community supports
  • Maintain clear documentation and professional standards

What You’ll Need

  • Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
  • Eligibility for or registration with CORU
  • Experience in addiction, homelessness or community services
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts (including evenings/weekends)
