3Q Recruitment is recruiting Social Care Workers for permanent part-time opportunities within established community-based intellectual disability services in Co. Roscommon.

This role offers qualified Social Care professionals the opportunity to support individuals in developing independence, achieving personal goals and participating actively in their communities.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver person-centred support to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care where required.
• Promote independence, choice and community participation.
• Implement individual support plans and personal goals.
• Encourage the development of life skills and social inclusion.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety and relevant service standards.

What You’ll Need

• Relevant Social Care qualification recognised by CORU.
• CORU registration or legally recognised eligibility to practise.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Knowledge of person-centred care, safeguarding and support planning.
• Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to promoting dignity, independence and individual rights.
