Following continued growth, they are investing in expanding their commercial capability and are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead business development, strengthen existing client relationships and develop the sales processes that will support the next phase of growth.

The Role
  
This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategic sales management with active business development.
You’ll be responsible for generating new revenue, developing key customer relationships, mentoring a small commercial team and creating repeatable sales processes that support sustainable business growth.
  
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, helping shape commercial strategy while remaining actively involved in winning and retaining business.
  
Key Responsibilities
  
New Business Development

  • Deliver ambitious annual revenue growth targets through proactive business development.
  • Identify and engage prospective B2B clients across target markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with business owners, senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through to proposal, negotiation and close.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and referral opportunities.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting.

  
Account Growth & Customer Success

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase customer value.
  • Support long-term client retention through exceptional relationship management.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth across existing accounts.

  
Sales Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop a small commercial team.
  • Establish clear sales objectives, KPIs and performance standards.
  • Promote CRM best practice and reporting discipline.
  • Develop scalable sales processes and commercial routines.
  • Share market intelligence and customer insights to support business strategy.

  
About You
  
We’re looking for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving business challenges and delivering measurable commercial results.
  
You’ll ideally bring:

  • Five or more years’ experience in B2B sales.
  • A consistent track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling professional services, technology solutions, software, consulting or other complex business solutions.
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience managing, coaching or mentoring sales professionals.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment.

You’ll be proactive, commercially curious and motivated by creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
  
Salary & Benefits

  • €60,000 base salary.
  • €40,000 target performance bonus.
  • On-target earnings of €100,000+, with uncapped earning potential.
