Your Role:
As a Catering Assistant, you will work closely with the kitchen team to provide meals and refreshments to patients and staff in accordance with dietary requirements. You’ll be helping create a positive environment by delivering exceptional food service while adhering to the highest hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve meals, meeting all dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Ensure impeccable cleanliness by maintaining kitchen equipment and work areas in line with health and safety standards.
• Properly store, label, and rotate food items to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Dispose of waste and recycling as per established procedures.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure seamless food service.
• Perform any additional duties needed to support the kitchen and dining area’s smooth operation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Preferably 6 months to 1-year previous experience in catering or working in a high-volume kitchen.
• A team-oriented mindset with high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in Ireland.
• Completion of the Garda Vetting process.
• Two professional references covering the last five years of employment.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in spoken English.
