This role is built for a Clinical Nurse Manager who leads from the front.
You’ll join a specialist Housing First team, supporting individuals with complex mental health and addiction needs as they move out of homelessness and into stable housing.
This is community-based, relationship-driven care — where consistency, trust and clinical judgement matter every day.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll balance clinical leadership and direct care, ensuring high standards while staying connected to the people you serve.
- Lead and support nursing staff through coaching, supervision and mentorship
- Deliver assessments, care planning and interventions in community settings
- Support harm reduction, overdose response and health promotion
- Work closely with housing, addiction and primary care services
- Drive quality improvement and clinical governance standards
