Position: Catering Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated Catering Officer Grade 3 to join our team in Dublin South West. If you have a passion for delivering excellent catering services and supporting team operations, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities
- Support Quality Catering Services: Work closely with the team to ensure high standards in food preparation, presentation, and service.
- Assist in Operational Management: Help plan and oversee daily catering operations, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent service.
- Maintain Health & Safety Standards: Promote full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, keeping up to date with HACCP protocols.
- Monitor Stock and Supplies: Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring sufficient supplies are available for planned services.
- Team Collaboration: Support and motivate the team, encouraging staff performance, positivity, and strong team leadership.
- Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, shift schedules, and stock usage for reporting and accountability.
Skills and Qualifications To thrive in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in catering, hospitality, or food service, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HACCP standards and best practices in the catering industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and support a team to achieve service excellence.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for effective team and client interaction.
- Organizational Ability: Capable of managing daily operations and solving problems efficiently.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to client needs and varying work schedules.
