Key Requirements:
- Relevant experience in catering or high-volume kitchen settings.
- Full-time availability from Monday to Friday + Occasional Weekends.
- Legal right to work in Ireland and successful completion of the Garda Vetting Process.
- Strong spoken English skills for effective communication.
- Two professional references covering the last five years of employment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring dietary requirements and restrictions are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food to avoid spoilage and maintain quality.
- Follow established procedures for waste and recycling management.
- Perform additional tasks within the kitchen and dining area to support smooth service delivery to patients and staff.
