Costina is no stranger to 3Q. She began her recruitment career with the company before moving to Fenero, where she developed strong leadership and operational expertise in contractor services. After spending two years travelling the world, she has returned to 3Q to take on a central leadership role, working closely with General Manager Suzanne Finn to guide the company’s recruitment, marketing, and talent teams.

Her appointment reflects 3Q’s belief in developing leaders who understand both the business and the people behind it. By bringing together her operational knowledge, commercial acumen, and first-hand appreciation of 3Q’s culture, Costina is set to help drive the company’s next phase of growth.
