You may discover that there are co-workers who are disagreeable or even arrogant in their communication style. Others might be slackers, leaving the workload to others and even you. There may be trouble makers and gossipers, who seek out prey and subtly throw out unwelcome loose cannons that aim to hurt, consciously or unconsciously.
