Meet the Team, 3Q Recruitment, Suzanne, General Manager

Suzanne Finn

Suzanne has been part of the 3Q Recruitment story since 2006. Starting as a Temp Consultant, she quickly progressed through Payroll, Accounts, and HR before taking on her current role as General Manager.

In 2012, Suzanne expanded her experience overseas, managing a 30+ consultant team with one of Australia’s largest IT recruitment agencies. She rejoined 3Q in 2015, bringing valuable international leadership experience and a deep understanding of people management and operational delivery.

A CIPD-qualified HR professional, Suzanne leads the company’s HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Operations and is responsible for managing public sector tenders and overseeing key account relationships across the HSE and wider healthcare sector. Her structured, people-first approach ensures every client receives a service built on trust, compliance, and excellence.

Known for her fairness, openness, and commitment to the 3Q ethos, Suzanne lives by the company motto: Putting People First. She continues to drive the delivery of the 3Qs that define 3Q Recruitment — a Quality Service, with Qualified Candidates, in the Quantity required by clients.

I co-founded 3Q Recruitment in 1999 and today I am proud to lead it as sole owner. For over 25 years, I have built the business on a simple but powerful belief: We Put People First. Excellence, customer satisfaction, and Total Quality Management are the values that shape not just how I lead, but how our team delivers every day.

The 3Qs that inspired our name still drive us: delivering a quality service, with qualified temps, in the quantity our clients need. This commitment means our clients can trust us for recruitment solutions that add real value, and our people thrive in a culture where integrity, professionalism, and care come first.
My passion for recruitment, SME's, youth empowerment and communities is evidenced in my participation in the ERF, SFA, The Shona Project and The Mustard Seed to name but a few.

Costina joins 3Q Recruitment as Recruitment Operations Manager, bringing over seven years of leadership experience across customer experience, onboarding, finance operations, and recruitment.

A results-driven professional, she has built her career on motivating teams, refining operational processes, and ensuring every client and candidate interaction reflects excellence. Before returning to 3Q, Costina led high-performing customer experience and onboarding teams in the finance sector, driving continuous improvement and business growth.

With a strong foundation in people management and process optimisation, she is passionate about creating seamless operations that empower teams to deliver exceptional service. Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to customer care make her a natural fit for 3Q’s values of integrity, performance, and people-first service.

Outside of work, Costina is known for her calm leadership style and her belief that every challenge is an opportunity to improve and inspire.

Darragh Duffy

Darragh joined 3Q Recruitment in 2021 as a trainee Temp Consultant for our Chefs Division, bringing his 6 years of retail management experience. His transition into Recruitment came from his enjoyment of the recruitment aspect of his previous role. Recognising his talent for sales and relationship management, Darragh earned his promotion to a Business Development & Account Manager. He now looks after our new contracts and facilitates cross selling opportunities

Lisa Maloney

Lisa joined 3Q Recruitment in 2019 as a Temp Consultant, bringing with her 14 years experience as a Team Leader in a Telecommunications sector, With a strong background in customer service and team management, Lisa quickly made her mark. After completing her CIPD in HR & Management, Lisa was promoted to Senior Temp Consultant. Lisa plays a vital role in our team, maintaining constant communication with both our Temps and Clients to ensure they have the cover they need.

Mawia O’Reilly

Mawia joined 3Q Recruitment in 2020 as HR Administer while completing her CIPD in HR & Management. Her willingness and eagerness to learn, plus her dedication in continuing to uphold our Gold Standard in Temping through the Pandemic seen her excel to a Temp Consultant. In 2023, Mawia completed her Train the Trainer Certificate and further demonstrated her leadership skills and unwavering commitment that earned her promotion to Head of Operational Recruitment, Compliance and Onboarding.

With prior management experience, Christina excels at working with people and managing people's work. She prides herself in her organisation skills. Christina is driven to broaden her experiences and skill set.

Kate joined the 3Q team in October 2024 as our Trainee Temp Consultant. Originally from abroad, she moved to Ireland over six years ago to pursue her studies at Trinity College Dublin.

Kate's professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where she honed her customer service skills in busy cafés, restaurants, and bars. Her ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver excellent service set her apart early on.

Building on this foundation, Kate transitioned into customer service roles, where she consistently excelled. Her commitment to ensuring clients received the resources and support they needed has been a hallmark of her career.

We’re thrilled to have Kate as part of our team and are confident that her dedication and skills will make a valuable impact.

Conor Denner

Conor joins 3Q Recruitment as a Business Systems Administrator Intern while completing his studies at Maynooth University. In this role, he supports the smooth running of 3Q Recruitment’s core business systems, including the CRM, talent acquisition platforms, and marketing tools.

His responsibilities include maintaining accurate and compliant data, assisting with GDPR and Irish data protection requirements, and supporting documentation and reporting processes. Conor also contributes to marketing administration by ensuring that client and campaign data is reliable, consistent, and fully compliant.

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams, Conor gains hands-on experience in systems administration, compliance frameworks, and reporting. This internship offers him the opportunity to develop transferable skills in data management, process improvement, and business technology, while learning how recruitment systems support the delivery of excellent client and candidate services.

Meet Mildred, the furriest little member of our team! Mildred is a forever dog with the organisation, Dogs Aid, who do fantastic work for our animal friends. As a team, we decided to sponsor Mildred to become part of our team. Mildred was 1 of 12 collies we took in from a hoarding situation. She was very heavily under socialised so is shy of people. She’s used to the routine of the sanctuary and seems to be happiest here. Mildred was adopted once but escaped within hours and made her way back to the sanctuary – she was waiting by the gate in time for her breakfast 2 days later
