Meet the 3Q Recruitment Team

In 2012, Suzanne expanded her experience overseas, managing a 30+ consultant team with one of Australia’s largest IT recruitment agencies. She rejoined 3Q in 2015, bringing valuable international leadership experience and a deep understanding of people management and operational delivery.
A CIPD-qualified HR professional, Suzanne leads the company’s HR, Payroll, and Recruitment Operations and is responsible for managing public sector tenders and overseeing key account relationships across the HSE and wider healthcare sector. Her structured, people-first approach ensures every client receives a service built on trust, compliance, and excellence.
Known for her fairness, openness, and commitment to the 3Q ethos, Suzanne lives by the company motto: Putting People First. She continues to drive the delivery of the 3Qs that define 3Q Recruitment — a Quality Service, with Qualified Candidates, in the Quantity required by clients.

A results-driven professional, she has built her career on motivating teams, refining operational processes, and ensuring every client and candidate interaction reflects excellence. Before returning to 3Q, Costina led high-performing customer experience and onboarding teams in the finance sector, driving continuous improvement and business growth.
With a strong foundation in people management and process optimisation, she is passionate about creating seamless operations that empower teams to deliver exceptional service. Her hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to customer care make her a natural fit for 3Q’s values of integrity, performance, and people-first service.
Outside of work, Costina is known for her calm leadership style and her belief that every challenge is an opportunity to improve and inspire.





Kate's professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where she honed her customer service skills in busy cafés, restaurants, and bars. Her ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver excellent service set her apart early on.
Building on this foundation, Kate transitioned into customer service roles, where she consistently excelled. Her commitment to ensuring clients received the resources and support they needed has been a hallmark of her career.

His responsibilities include maintaining accurate and compliant data, assisting with GDPR and Irish data protection requirements, and supporting documentation and reporting processes. Conor also contributes to marketing administration by ensuring that client and campaign data is reliable, consistent, and fully compliant.
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams, Conor gains hands-on experience in systems administration, compliance frameworks, and reporting. This internship offers him the opportunity to develop transferable skills in data management, process improvement, and business technology, while learning how recruitment systems support the delivery of excellent client and candidate services.
