Salary: €38,000 – €52,000 (DOE)

Supporting Stability and Routine in a Residential Setting
This Social Care Worker role in Wexford is based within a residential service supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, where consistency, routine, and a calm, structured environment are key.
You’ll play an important role in supporting individuals in their day-to-day lives, helping to create a safe and stable setting while encouraging independence and personal development over time.
The focus is on building trust, maintaining consistency, and supporting individuals in a way that is both practical and person-centred.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily routines and personal development
- Creating a stable and structured living environment
- Encouraging independence in a way that suits each individual
- Supporting social interaction and engagement where appropriate
- Promoting dignity, respect, and individual choice
- Working in line with HIQA standards and care plans
- Collaborating with team members and external supports
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Social Care (Level 7 or 8)
- CORU registration or eligibility
- Experience in residential or disability services
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and professional practice
- Manual Handling & First Aid (or willingness to update)
