As part of our continued growth, we are now recruiting a Regional Account Manager to manage and develop key account relationships and delivery in HSE, private sector and not for profit facilities in the agreed region.
  
The Role
  
This is a field-based account management role focused on building and maintaining strong professional relationships across healthcare settings. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring they are supported through consistent engagement, clear communication and responsive service.
  
The role combines regular in-person visits with structured communication via phone, email and virtual meetings. You will work closely with internal 3Q service teams to ensure service alignment and to share insights that support workforce planning and delivery.
  
Who This Role Suits
  
This role will particularly suit an experienced Account Manager who enjoys autonomy, visibility and building long-term professional relationships rather than transactional selling. If you are currently managing a regional client portfolio in recruitment, facilities management, cleaning services or a field-based commercial role, this position offers the opportunity to apply those skills within a structured, purpose-driven healthcare environment.
  
You will be trusted to plan your own region, manage your time effectively and represent the organisation with credibility at senior stakeholder level. Success comes from consistency, follow-through and relationship strength, not pressure selling. For the right person, this is a stable, long-term role with clear objectives and real influence.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare and Primary Care stakeholders
  • Plan and manage a structured regional engagement schedule, including site visits
  • Act as a professional liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams
  • Share relevant information and updates to support effective service delivery
  • Gather regional insights to inform planning, forecasting and continuous improvement
  • Ensure accurate recording of activity and engagement outcomes
  • Represent 3Q Recruitment with integrity, professionalism and consistency

About You

  • Proven experience in account management, client services or relationship-led roles
  • Background in recruitment, healthcare services, facilities management, cleaning services or field-based sales is advantageous
  • Comfortable working autonomously across a geographic region
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness and a service-focused mindset
  • Systems approach to work and eager to maximise efficiencies in repeat functions
  • IT competent and AI curious – getting it to work for you
  • Full clean driving licence required
  • Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles.
  • International Police Clearance is required where a candidate has lived or worked outside Ireland for 6 months or more since the age of 16
