Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
Intellectual Disability Services | South Dublin
Salary: €32,000 – €38,000 (DOE)
Hours: 12-hour shifts | 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed-term with potential to become permanent

You’ll support individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them live with independence, dignity and routine.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily living, personal care and routines
- Encourage independence and participation
- Drive individuals to appointments and activities
- Follow care plans and behavioural supports
- Work within a consistent, supportive team
What You’ll Need
- QQI Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Experience in disability or care settings
- Full driver’s licence (essential)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Manual Handling & First Aid (in date or willing to update)
