3Q Recruitment is hiring Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support adults with physical, sensory and neurological disabilities across residential and community-based disability services in Sligo.
This Healthcare Assistant role focuses on person-centred support, independence and helping individuals live safely and confidently within structured and supportive healthcare environments.
You will support service users in daily routines while promoting dignity, inclusion, wellbeing and community participation within a team-focused care setting.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting people with disabilities
- Full Driving Licence and willingness to drive for work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good standard of verbal and written English
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Positive and person-centred approach to care
Subject to:
- Garda Vetting is mandatory for relevant roles
- International Police Clearance is required where applicable
