Salary: €46,226 (aligned to experience)
Hours: 35 hours | Monday–Friday
This Work Requires More Than Clinical Skill
This role is for nurses who understand that addiction is complex, recovery is non-linear, and trust is built over time.
You’ll join a community-based multidisciplinary team, working with individuals experiencing addiction, mental health challenges and homelessness.
This is frontline, relationship-based care — delivered in homes, on the street and within the community.
What You’ll Do
- Provide specialist addiction nursing care in real-world settings
- Deliver harm reduction and overdose response interventions
- Support individuals with dual diagnosis needs
- Manage wound care, BBVs and long-term health conditions
- Carry out domiciliary visits and outreach work
- Work collaboratively with health, housing and social care services
